Welcome, by booking a session for Waggle Dance Wednesdays, you (the parent/guardian/carer) agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance via our ClassForKids portal.
- Fees are payable termly in advance. Your child’s space is only secured once payment is received.
- Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or late arrival.
2. Drop-off & Collection
- Location: Sessions take place at Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre, N8 9JJ. Please ensure dancers arrive 5 minutes before their slot (5pm or 6pm).
- Promptness: Please be punctual for collection. Late collections (over 15 minutes) may incur a small fee to cover staff time.
- Safety: Children under 12 must be collected by a named adult. If your teenager (12+) has permission to walk home alone, we require written consent via email or the registration form.
3. Health, Safety & SEND
- Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or SEND requirements during the booking process.
- Waggle Dance Co. staff are First Aid trained; however, we must have up-to-date emergency contact details at all times.
- Dancers should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing for movement, trainers and bring a bottle of water.
4. Code of Conduct
- As a collaborative youth company, we value kindness and respect. We reserve the right to ask a student to leave a session if their behaviour is consistently disruptive or unsafe for the group.
- Photography: We love capturing our "original work" for our website and social media. We will not use your child’s image if you have opted-out via the photo consent section on ClassForKids. Please be aware some promotional video may also be used via Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre via their social channels alongside @waggledanceco.
5. Liability
- Waggle Dance Co. holds full Public Liability Insurance.
- While we take every care, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings (phones, bags, etc.) brought to Hornsey Town Hall.
6. Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session (e.g., venue issues), we will offer a make-up session or a credit toward the following term.
- Arrival Info: It’s a newly reopened venue, we will meet (Committee Room Level 1)
- Trial Sessions: New dancers are welcome to a one-off trial session before committing to the full term. This will commence May 27th 2026.
All you need is to book online as we have partnered with Class4kids to make bookings secure.
Our dance sessions will be full of fun & highly energetic please make sure your child/teen brings bottled water.
