• Legal Obligation: To meet health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Legitimate Interests: To improve our Youth Company and send you updates about similar Waggle Dance activities.
• Consent: For using photos/videos in marketing or on Waggle Dance Company's or Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre website.

4. Sharing Your Data

We never sell your data. We only share it with:

• Service Providers: Like ClassForKids (our booking platform) and payment processors like Stripe.
• Venue: Hornsey Town Hall staff, only if required for emergency building evacuation or security purposes.

• Retention: We keep registration forms for as long as your child is with us, plus a period required by law (often until a child reaches age 18 for accident records).
